Heyhey! I have decided to revisit this because this has been my post that has gotten the most visits and comments (with over 200 comments and counting as the comments keep popping in every week). A lot of you suggested that I make it into a book so that it can be referred to often. I have listened to everyone (as I always listen to my readers 🙂 ) and I have gone ahead to do just that! Here’s the post I am referring to in case you have not read it.

Here’s also a post on chemical peels that you will find useful. https://skinandall.com/chemical-peels-for-dark-skin/
A lot has been happening to me since I wrote that post . I have published my first book which is a self help book on mentoring and I am currently taking preorders in Nigeria using this link https://skinandall.com/medi-thrive/
For my international audience, I’ve got you covered! The book will be up on Amazon after the official launch here and I promise that you’ll be the first to know when it is out.
I have also opened my Youtube channel where I’ll be sharing my thoughts with you. Please subscribe and give me a thumbs up! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCDZk6bZtI2kgdZ2boekXceg
Finally, I have updated the post on acne in preparation for my Instagram live tomorrow at 5pm WAT on my Instagram page @skinandall_ https://www.instagram.com/skinandall_/ where not one, but two dermatologists @flakydancingdoc are going to be talking about three common conditions – pityriasis versicolor which I have written about previously here https://skinandall.com/ezcema/ skin bleaching and ACNE!

Evening ma. Please I want to know what you use in the mgt for rosacea in nigeria. Thanks
Hello, I don’t like to talk drugs online except you’re a doctor. We do metronidazole gel and a lot of sunscreen. With counseling on staying away from aggravating factors. We don’t see a lot of rosacea though.
